Yes, there are a very limited number of 3 digit numbers available.

4. How does Fast Dial work?

Your callers simply dial the # symbol followed by your Fast Dial number and then press send. Your Fast Dial calls are then routed directly to your call centre or other destination phone number the same as if the callers had dialled the long number.

The wireless carrier's infrastructure identifies Fast Dial calls using the same process as any other mobile call and connects them to the destination party.
